One sunny day in 1992 at Bondi Beach, we asked why no-one was wearing espadrilles. The weather was brilliant, all the people looked happy and carefree but their poor feet were locked up in sweaty sneakers or hanging out of smelly old thongs and sandals. Whereas, if this was France, Italy or Spain, they would all be showing off their newest pairs of brightly coloured espadrilles. There was only one solution and so The Natural Shoe Company was born.

We work with top European manufacturers to bring you the best quality and comfort in styles to work with all outfits. Our philosophy is not to try and keep ahead of fashion but to give you shoes and accessories that work with the fashion of the day.

Walking in our espadrilles you will feel like you are on the beach or on a lawn of spongy grass.You will find them so comfortable, your feet will repay your kindness with a big smile all day long.

How do I know what size to order? Our footwear is made to European sizing. If you are not sure of your size then please refer to our size chart.

What if I buy something from The Natural Shoe Company and it doesn’t fit me? If your shoes are the wrong size, we will accept their return as long as they are in the same condition as you received them. Refer to our Returns Policy.

What if there is something wrong with what I buy from The Natural Shoe Company? If you think there is a fault of manufacture with your purchase then please send an email to returns@naturalshoe.com.au detailing the problem. It can help if you take a photograph of the fault and send it with your email. We will give you a return authorisation and the return address. The problem will then be assessed. If there is a fault of manufacture, we will replace the goods or refund your money in full, as you prefer. Refer to our Returns Policy.

How soon will I receive my order? Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney within one working day of order by Australia Post’s eParcel service. Delivery can be as quick as overnight or as long as five working days, which depends upon your delivery address. The time it takes for delivery is the responsibility of Australia Post.
