Returns Policy

The Natural Shoe Company strives to ensure you are satisfied.

We want you to love what you've ordered.

WHAT can be returned?
All orders can be returned.
If you return what you have bought for replacement or refund, it must be in original condition and in its original packaging. We will send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style (settling any difference in price). Alternatively, we will refund your money in full. Please use the Returns Form that arrives with your purchase to make such a return.

On the other hand, if you think there is something wrong with your purchase, we will always consider and assess your complaint. If it proves there is a fault of manufacture then we will replace the goods or refund your money in full. In this case, please first contact us by email with details of the problem, including a photograph if possible, at for an approval number and the reply paid mailing address of The Natural Shoe Company Returns department.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
For normal returns, please refer to our Returns Form for the mailing address.

HOW do customers return items?
Returned goods must be in their original box, packed inside a sealed mailing envelope.

SHIPPING for returns?
Please note we do not refund the optional Express Post charge if chosen when first ordering.

For normal returns, the customer is fully responsible for the cost of the return postage. Please keep a record of the tracking number if sending a return back to us.

If you live outside Australia and New Zealand we will offer a full refund for the goods but not the original shipping charge. Exchanges for customers outside Australia and New Zealand will bear additional shipping charges, though we will provide a supplement of up to $15 to offset the standard charge.

CREDIT for returns?
All refunds are credited back to the Credit Card or Paypal account used for the original purchase.
